At an automobile manufacturer, the existing plate-frame system of a KTL ultrafiltration is to be renovated.

Goal and challange

The new, modernized system is to be integrated during a shutdown.

Concept and realisation

The existing plate-frame system of the ultrafiltration is converted to a system with cylindrical UF spiral wound modules. The complete conversion of the system was carried out during a planned shutdown at the plant without any additional interruption of production.
